This is an exciting opportunity to join our order fulfillment and grading team. As an Order Fulfillment Specialist at Mana Grading, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers’ cards receive the best care possible. You will handle the key human elements of the lifecycle of an order, from initial intake and scanning to final shipping. Your responsibilities will include processing and handling cards, scanning them into our AI system, Dragon Eye, and ensuring quality assessment before shipping.
Responsibilities
- Receive and review customer orders for completeness and accuracy.
- Carefully handle and process trading cards, ensuring they are kept in optimal condition.
- Utilize our proprietary AI system to scan and input trading card images for grading.
- Perform quality checks on all cards before they proceed for slabbing.
- Prepare cards for return shipping, ensuring they are securely packaged and labeled.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Follow all company protocols and procedures regarding handling and processing of trading cards.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in handling trading cards is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good knowledge of trading cards and a passion for the hobby.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Tech minded, with good computer skills.
- This is an on-site role, not remote.
